I looked everywhere for this, rang loads of places and had an interview with Job Centre but nowhere had any funding for me, do you have a local Starting Point or anything similar to help you get back in to work?? They Starting point were the only one's who were able to help but when I rang they had run out of funding!! x x x

It is expensive, have had to sacrifice a few things but worth it as I save on transport and dinners etc which would cost a fortune if I went to college x x x

That is exactly what I thought EM, I found the funding stuff too confusing, so thought about it and if I went to college it would cost me £13.50 a week in travel, then lunches but even just the travel would be more.

What OU courses are you doing can you get in just on the courses your doing or would you need something else aswell.
Do you also know if the access course runs out after a certain amount of time if that makes sense.
Might do an OU course first then when i can afford it do the DLC course.
I just dont know what to do for the best

My local uni will accept K101 intro to health and social care (what Im doing) and the Human Biology course.

Have a look at the uni's you want to apply to and maybe give them a ring.
